PROGETTI UE: VISIT TO CSE NUOVA SAIR

Oggi, insieme ai nostri partner polacchi di KS BENIAMINEK 03 e spagnoli di UMU (Universidad de Murcia), abbiamo fatto tappa al CSE di Nuova Sair nell’ambito del nostro progetto HOPE.
La scelta di questo centro non è stata affatto casuale. Nuova Sair rappresenta un esempio straordinario di buona prassi: ogni giorno offre percorsi di inclusione, socializzazione e autonomia per persone con disabilità, con l’obiettivo di migliorare la qualità della vita e contrastare l’isolamento. Per i partner europei è stata un’occasione preziosa per toccare con mano un modello operativo efficace, concreto e replicabile anche nei loro Paesi. 🤝
Ma c’è un dettaglio che rende questa realtà ancora più speciale e che ha colpito profondamente tutta la delegazione: il Centro opera all’interno di spazi confiscati alla criminalità organizzata.
Vedere come luoghi un tempo sottratti alla collettività siano stati restituiti alla comunità e trasformati in presidi di solidarietà e diritti è un messaggio potente. È l’essenza stessa dei valori di coesione sociale che promuoviamo grazie al programma Erasmus+. 🇪🇺🌱
Il progetto HOPE si muove esattamente in questa direzione: unisce sport, ippoterapia, competenze digitali e sostenibilità ambientale per abbattere le barriere e offrire a tutti i giovani le stesse opportunità di prosperare.
Torniamo a casa con gli occhi pieni di entusiasmo, nuove idee e la consapevolezza che la cooperazione transnazionale può davvero fare la differenza. Grazie a Nuova Sair per l’accoglienza e a tutti i partner per questo cammino condiviso!

Today, together with our Polish partners from KS BENIAMINEK 03 and our Spanish partners from UMU (Universidad de Murcia), we visited the CSE in Nuova Sair as part of our HOPE project.
The choice of this centre was by no means random. Nuova Sair is an extraordinary example of best practice: every day it offers programmes promoting inclusion, socialisation and independence for people with disabilities, with the aim of improving their quality of life and combating isolation. For our European partners, it was a valuable opportunity to witness first-hand an effective, practical and replicable operational model that could also be implemented in their own countries.
But there is one detail that makes this organisation even more special and which deeply impressed the entire delegation: the Centre operates within premises confiscated from organised crime.
Seeing how places once taken away from the community have been returned to it and transformed into bastions of solidarity and rights sends a powerful message. It is the very essence of the values of social cohesion that we promote through the Erasmus+ programme.
The HOPE project moves precisely in this direction: it combines sport, equine-assisted therapy, digital skills and environmental sustainability to break down barriers and offer all young people the same opportunities to thrive.
We return home with eyes full of enthusiasm, new ideas and the realisation that transnational cooperation can truly make a difference. Thank you to Nuova Sair for their hospitality.
